i found what i was looking for , just started on the inside and im waiting on some more things to come in for the bed , here is the lo-down...3" trad bd , toyota front hubs and rear end, bagged of course, 4 valves , 1/4 line (slow) but i kinda like it ,stock bed floor raised w/factory tubs, HEAT /AC / POWER STEERING , factory interior (for now) rev 4 link , stock uppers and lowers , shocks in rear . truck is very well built just needs some love on the outside and the bed ............
TO DO LIST::::: the interior ,im useing the ostrich and gator that i bought for the blazer, with billet acc. the bed will be totally redone, i have fillers for the tails and smooth GK rollpan, sheetmetal bed sides and brushed aluminum planks on bed floor with rootbeer candy over them. front fenders will be replaced with 4 wheel drive fenders, new one off smoothie front bumper, hid headlights, (dont know about a grill yet) .putting new valves on and water trap. new AZ comps, and 4 wheel drive hood (or maybe a small cowl). there is some more but ill keep you guys entertained with what i have down so far with pics ill post what it looks like as of now

Last time I saw that truck the motor was knocking and the transmission was shot. Previous owner get it back in line?

truck runs like a dream and shifts perfect, but i will be putting all new seals and maybe just go through the whole motor this winter just for good measure. but the bed is being sent off this week for a new look , and then i can clean up the back half and go from there . its gonna take a bit on the inside, im building molds for the console and some other pieces im doing at work ....freebee thanks to my job lol( no cost in fiber glass or resin). found out that the truck was built by jody hall....(so if your as old as me and you been in this lifestyle as long as i have you know who he is) lol. this was the last truck he built before he quit but not by choice. and eric sir...she will never go anywhere lol thats a promise

this is what the orig set up looks like, and it has one hell of a gas tank lol. but anyways had to get are wedding over with before i could start... so its on a roll , the bed is getting shipped off for a make-over, im going to do the back half, and new front end. and maybe a sliding rag for the cab??? im still tossing the idea around , ill keep you guys posted on the progress

i dunno about the ragtop. mine is sealed and had no issues yet. unless u count spraying carwash high pressure sideways under sides. only time i had any water drips.
