EXHAUST WRAP SUGGESTIONS????

wrap from flange to tip
~or~
wrap from tip to flange (heard/saw that this way keeps the wrap from "catching" the wind and debris

directions say go from flange to tip but the "other way" seems to make sense...yes or no???
