NEED HELP

Whats up Fellas? I need some help getting a set of wheels shipped. I bought a set of wheels from a guy in Downy, CA. 90241. I got a shipping quote of $100.00 and so did he but... when he took them to the UPS store they told him $300.00 . So what I need is to find someone who has a commercial UPS acct, who would let him drop the wheels off and ship them out. By doing so I only pay for freight and not all the other chgs and the shipping is back to $100.00 .

I'm not sure if anyone can help, I just thought i'd throw it out there.

Be save and pay for insurance on it....fed ex messed up a 2300 racing pocketbike that was delivered to my house before....could happen to any carrier I guess.
