How To Use The Forum

For those new to forum or whatever, here are a few quick tips for getting around and POSTING IMAGES

"View Posts Since Last Visit" Link

-This will show you a list of all the Threads that have been posted in since the last time you have logged in, pretty self explanitory to me... yet the link is missed by most users.

Circled in Red is the Link to click(when you are logged in) - right side above the differenct sections of the forum on the main page.



This link will take you to a page that looks like the image below and you'll be able to view recent post(s), sometimes if you check back too often it will tell you that there are no recent posts. This means... check back later - even if you know something had been posted on, or go find it yourself








How To Post An Image!

This one has a few options.

To post an image on the forum you will need to use whats called an Image tag "[img][/img]" after the hyperlink.

Your image MUST be uploaded to the internet via Myspace, Facebook or preferably: PHOTOBUCKET (www.photobucket.com - free image hosting)




- Below is the steps to upload an image using the the image hyperlink with the image button on the message editor:

Step 1: Locate Image button


Step 2: Paste(Ctrl+V) the hyperlink into the text field and hit the "OK" button


This will display the image instantly in the text box below and you can add text and submit to make your post.



- Below is an example of how to use Photobucket to upload and insert an image to a post on the forum:

Step 1- Make sure you have a Photobucket account (its free)

Step 2- Login

Step 3- Using the uploaded, locate the image on your computer and upload


Step 4- Once your image has uploaded, you will see it below the uploader, if you click on you will get the following drop down menu - Copy the IMG CODE link (CTRL+C when text is highlighted)


Step 5- Paste the whole IMG code into the message body of your post on the forum as seen below and add text if need and Press the Send button to make your post visible for all to view

yes the html code will work ALSO... but figured 2 options were more then enough.. we're gonna confuse the ol' man with more options
