Newb from Texas Empty
PostSubject: Newb from Texas   Newb from Texas EmptyThu Sep 04, 2008 5:38 pm

Whats up? I have been looking for a club to join when my sub gets done. Its got a ways to go but it will get there. I think Acro is a very recpected club and thought I would introduce myself. I just started my new project about a week ago. It is a 1964 Carryall (Suburban). Im in the process of building the frame from the firewall back at the moment. I just sold my 1969 Shortbed C-10. Well enjoy the pics. Oh yea whats up WHYTRY?
Here are a few of my C-10 before I sold it.

And here are some of my new project.

And a few things to go on the truck. It will also have the motor out of the 69 and the Boyds off of it.

Thanks.I spent a little extra time hiding the wires and relocating stuff. It would've been even better had I not sold it. I only took it to a couple of shows after I got it running then sold it. The Sub will be even cleaner because the only thing coming out of the firewall will be the Lokar throttle cable. I got a bracket that mounts the master cylinder on the frame.

I think I had 4 wires that actually went to the motor. One for the alternator, one to the distributer, and two to the starter. Laughing My sub also wont have power steering so that just less bullshit to make look good.
