It all started 2 months ago when I was running some parts and was being rushed to make shipment and I missed some metal shavings in a oil hole, which I wouldnt have missed if they hadnt been up my ass about making shipment, wrote me up for that and gave me a 3 day suspension..said i had a bad attitude and a whole other list of shit...well once again I have them up my ass to get a set up done and I was having problems with a tool, the team leader told me to try something and I forgot to do it and scraped a part so they fired me...if it wasnt for the fact sales are down 80% noting would have been said either time.. | |
