PostSubject: not really a newbie   not really a newbie EmptySun Sep 27, 2009 8:02 am

I'm very interested in trying to petition for Acrophobia and would like to learn more about the club as well as it's members. I have good friends in Severed and Eksessiv in Texas who would support me in which ever way I decide to go as far as clubs are concerned. We all hang out as one and we have even invited Acro to join us at weekend hangouts( even though there were no takers because of the distance I'm sure). I'm workin in Charleston SC right now but I call San Antonio home. One of my main concerns about joining a club is that I have to go where the money is. For example, I have a home in Tx but I'm workin in SC for who knows how long. If by chance I was accepted as a prospect in SC and ended up going to another state would I have to start over? I'm guessing membership and prospecting is still on hold. Just trying to find out what's up.

Welcome man, i seen your other posts on here. Truck looks good. As far a membership and prospecting its best done thru the state rep, which for SC is Barrett. I'm sure where your located won't be a concern as long as you were active with the club and the show scene.

No, the main site is out of date at the current moment.

thanks for the comments and the quick reply. But that is my main concern right there. State reps. If I hang out here in SC for awhile and things go good and then all of sudden I get the call to go back to Tx or any other state do I start all over?

I'm sure it would take a little longer due to getting to know everyone, ect....but I personally wouldn't see it as starting over all together, but of course it will take some time to prospect and become a member wherever your located.

These are my personal opinions, someone else may correct me.

at about 15 miles to a gallon 17 or 18 tops, it's cheaper to fly. plus a 4 hour flight versus 21 hours of driving. would rather drive (cuz i'm a pussy when it comes to flying) but i can't take 4 days off and spend 2 of them driving.
