| I have spent the last 6-8 months working hard on fixing my credit and trying to take advantage of the 8k tax credit.. My offer on this house was accepted today  I will be a home owner!  3 bedroom - 2 bath - full basement(partially finished)- very well maintained and many updates  2.5car garage - heated - 220 power already ran | |

| Thanks guys.. I have to schedule the home inspection this week then continue with all the financing paperwork and should have the keys in May Yeah, I rented a house while I lived in FL for 2years.. and decided to move back to Ohio to be closer to family and finish school n get a career job and so far it is paying off graduated with a degree this past summer and had a pretty got job going on 3years this summer up here and I felt it was time to buy a house.. sick of living with family and didn't want to 'rent' anything else so I got things straightened out, buckled down and here I am.. pretty damn excited.. doing it all on my own! and next it will be the whole fun of finishing the rides once I get in and settled down! | |
