is the frame staying white?? only way that will stay clean is if you leave it in the driveway

No the frame will be painted red, and the my 5 link will be white minus the parts bolted to the frame. Its just in primer now. Yeah it wont be driven at all prolly, trailer queen lol!!! Maybe at shows but thats it.

Ok big update got 90% of the rear 5 link together over the weekend, all thats left to do on the back is put the front bars in and do the plumbing, then take it back apart so I can paint everything. Still have alot to do on the front. Here are the pics from it. This truck will be at SESD.

Got the jackstands out, and still has 2x4s under the front to get a jack under it. The frames almost on the concrete.


There it is all down off the stands. Have about a 1/2" left in the notch lol. I was so happy when I saw this!!!


Thats all the clearance I have from the frame to the back of the tire lol!!! I cant even get my finger in between the tire and frame.

Got the bags set up right on the bars.




Had to put wood under the frame in the back, dont have the plumbing hooked up yet, so have to do this to be able to jack the truck back up again.


Hum Id say its tucking that 20 in the front alot more than before lol!!!

Well on the 4th of July a shelf fell in the garage, and a carseat that was on it hit my truck in the drivers side door and put 3 dents in it. Im doing the bosy work on it now and am going to take the door off to have it painted. Having a hard time getting the help to get this done in time for the SESD, so right now I honestly dont know if I will have this there or not, wish I could get some help with it now. Well I might just bring my red and black truck instead if this ones not done, or the green one.

Well just called the body shop I deal with they said $175.00-$200.00 just to paint the door and thats with me doing the repair!!!

I dont know yet my first time guess ill find out, might just go ahead and break my new HVLP gravity guns in on this too.

LOL no faith in my paint and body skills, im going to school for it in fall, guess im getting a jump start!!! Have 4 people coming out this weekend to get the rest of it done accept for small stuff. Changing my wiring under the hood and im going to move the computer behind the dash and make alot less mess of wires under the hood to clean it up some. Yeah I totally agree with you!!! Got my bodywork done last night turned out good to be a first timer lol. Just have one lil spot I need to fill in again and sand one more time.

did u pull the dents first or just fill with bondo/icing?
