I guess i coulda put this in a build thread but... oh well. I just wanted to share some pics of the latest creation to come out of our shop @ home. My dad did the majority of the fab work. I had most of the "ideas". But anyways lemme know what ya'll think. She ain't quite done yet still gotta put some glass & door panels (of sorts) in her and then she'll be ready for the street!

It is a 1930 Marmon "Roosevelt" model, 4 door ( not too many of 'em made)
We started with just the body, everything else was built in our shop.

The motor is a tall deck 427 Chevy Big Block 10.5 -1 motor, runnin on pump gas, with ALOT OF GOODIES INSIDE, dynoed @ 720 - 728 HP @ the flywheel ( fluctuates with minor tweaking)

Ican tell you one thing it will make crazy horsepower depending on how much you wanna do to it.

We previously had this motor on an airboat but it was a 15.0 / 1 motor and ran only on CAM II, it turned out just over 870HP @ the flywheel.

We went through it for the car and put 10.5 / 1 pistons and a different cam in it, now it does 720 + HP depending on fuel.

damn! nice! yeah the motor in my dads camaro actually came out of an airboat, it was a 502 block, with 4.5 " stroke on it now its around a 540 cube motor...

NICE!. I remember seing some pics of it a while back that u posted. I'm not sure what total ci. is on this one. But in this car that might weigh 2400 lbs its F'IN NASTY! And it has a mini spool in it so its like a friggin rocket whichever way its pointed.

It was bad ass on the boat too. we raced it a few times and on a 16 ft fiberglass boat w/stainless riggin & 30 gals of fuel they clocked it @ 58 mph in 150 ft. That might not sound fast but for a boat that heavy & in that short of a distance its haulin ass!

I bet that Camaro is a handful too!

yeah but its heavier though & cant be streeted, to me im more of wanting to drive something but my pop's is old school and only cares about going down the track and driving beaters on the road lol! but seriously y'all did a nice job on it!

I'm certain you will! As of now all glass is in. gotta finish up raise/lower mechanisms (not normal regulators) & get some type of mirrors on it and we're on the road!
