Black Yukon in San Antonio, TX

Hello,

My name is Nikkie. I am the other half of Rudy, "Black Denali on 26's", and the mother of Mikey, "Blue Taco on 20's". Soon my daughter will be adding her '97 GMC Sierra (the new family project) she got for her 16th birthday!

After much convincing from my husband, son, and Roy, I am posting pics of my SUV...THE FAMILY WAGON! You can usually find me following behind the fellas, making sure everyone is good to go and fed at the shows.

I'm very proud of my '07 GMC Yukon! My husband and I have modified my SUV from day 1! It started 30 minutes after we left the dealership. It just didn't look right following behind my husband on 26's so we made a detour to the rim shop. He tried to put 24's on it but I finally got him to agree to 26's! After being called a Monster Truck and Gappy, my husband and daughter dropped my Yukon 2" in the front and 3" in the rear using a McGaughys drop kit. A week later I replaced the stock GMC grill with a black upper and lower Denali grill, smoked tail lights and LED projector lights. The next addition was a Kenwood 6" touch screen, two 9" headrest screens, a 500 watt Kicker amp, and two 12" subs in a sealed box in the rear. When loaded down with the family a rear self-adjusting bag kit was added to level things out. For stopping power we bolted on cross drilled and slotted disc all the way around. My future plans will be to bag the front, have a fully adjustable air ride suspension, and tuck my 26's!!!!

I love when a couple is checking out the trucks. Usually the husband/boyfriend will stop and talk to my husband about his truck then the wife/girlfriend looks at my SUV, nudges here man and says, "See we could do that!" It is great!!
