June meeting

Since we seem to have several new guys that seem genuinely interested in the club, I would like to put together the first ever (possible) Acro Arkansas prospect meet. I understand that there are four of us down here (Gurdon), and five of you up there, but I propose that we meet at my place one Saturday before the 23rd. I have 3 acres, a lake, shade trees, and a big smoker. I figure a couple racks of ribs, hamburgers, and hot dogs would feed us.

This will give us a chance to meet and greet and hang out. I've been waiting on this to happen for a long time! Jay already got with me, and he will not be able to attend. Please let me know what you guys think, and what days are good for y'all.

could it b on the 23? ill b outa town on the 9 and the 16 a buddy of mine is hosting a show here and i pre reg for it?

Well the 23rd is my daughters birthday party. We will have a giant redneck slip n slide, was sure if y'all wanted to bare a birthday party. Sundays work too. I just want everyone to be able to participate, so we will try to accommodate everyone with the right date.

the 9th will work i got the dates mixed up when ima b outa town. so if u want to do the meeting on the june 9 i can do that

My wife just reminded me that we'll be in Dallas the 9th. Summers are always stupid busy for us since my wifes family is in Dallas.

what about a sunday? like the 17th?

Absolutely! We have 4 kids. Three girls, 14, 12, & 10, and Amos, 4 months! Mike O is bringing his girls too I think. High noon sound good since everyone has a decent drive?

My wife has requested a head count, so please post a number of ppl in your group.

As far as what to bring... Definitely bring chairs.
