wassup fellas. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Derrick Shelton. I have a 88 chevy swb reg. bab 1500. It's bagged on 24"s. Right now it's in primer. Should be going in for paint next weekend.

we are gonna tape off all of the air brushing and paint the top half of it. its gonna be speedway blue.

yeah, he told me and a few of my buddies to join the site and get to know everyone. I met him before when i had a bagged dually. he is a pretty good guy. My brother-in-law was in this club a long time ago. I always wanted to be part of this club. I remember going to shows back around 1998 and acro used to dominate all the shows.

Yea we are wanting to get back to those days lol, well welcome and enjoy!

absolutely!!!!! i completely agree. i'd love to be a part of this family. i love building trucks. and i love to show them off just as much. i go to shows and cruise-inns every chance i get. this is what i love and this is where i want to be.

Welcome. cool truck. Anything done to the interior?

thanks fellas. right now the interior is bone stock. except for the black tweed el camino seats. Im planning on gettin some interior from a junk yard out of a newer silverado and hopefully a bit of fiberglass work and paint. the interrior in it now is super clean for the year.

Nice. thats what I did. I got seats out of a 02 silverado chopped off the head rest and lowered the seat belt.

thats a pretty good idea bout lowering the seat belts. im trying to find a smooth front bumper like yours before we paint it.

yea i lowered my seat belts too, i cut them off and just put in lap belts but that is a good idea

i did the same in the nissan just ran lap belts instead and got pulled over cuz i had those instead of my factory one,told me i had to put the old one back in
