True, but it sucks blowing a tire out of town on the weekend. Happened to me in the Mazda when I was at the panhandle meet. Thankfully the Florida guys helped out and got me rolling again.

| I need tires for my 22's Adam. My stock tires were shot also. And I'm ridin' on "maypops" especially the 2 fronts. I cant find a tire for under $165.00 When I didn't need them a cpl guys told me they could get them for me around $90-$100.00 a tire. Now they are all "waiting on a crate of tires" | |

| I'll let u know. I bought a "new/used set" over the w-end. But I am having a hell of a time getting them balanced. They were new but "too short" for the guy so he bought new set & I picked these up for $400.00 A set of "NEXEN's" and for some reason they are extrememly hard to get balanced. I've been back 2x and need to go back AGAIN to try 1 more time on the right rear.
I guess thats what i get for trying to save a $$.

I guess thats what i get for trying to save a $$. Try using balancing beads. That's what i used in my 35's. and if they will balance a mud tire surely they can handle street tires Discount tire did mine. It's just little beads that spread out around your tire when u take off and balance it as you drive.

| I'll look into that. If he can't figure it out tomorrow, then I'll try and hunt the beads down and give them a try. | |
