my 86 chevy project

Well here is my new project... not much to look at just yet but it will be. Just put the 22" foose legends on it, next comes bags and body work. and probably a hot rod flatz black or red since it will be a driver

slow progress so far lol, but i got the phantom put in yesterday.

Today i got alittle more acomplished, ordered the tail lights i plan on puttin in the rear fenders (post pics when i get em). I also sent all my measurements to ricky at suicide doors, so they have started on my cantliever wishbone setup. Along with that i got everything else i need to lay it out

In the mean time im gonna pull out the old wood bed floor, and pull off all the stuff thats being shaved. Hopefully by the time all the parts get in the truck will be ready to shoot in primer... still havent decided on a paint scheme yet though...

and don't forget the new windshield and solid back glass last week..... lookin good!!!!!

Not much of an update but here it is... i got most of the stuff to lay it out in finally... front brackets, tank, dual chrom 480c's, switch box, spindles, gauges, and train horns... Still waiting on SD to finish building the wishbone link i ordered and the bags and vavles should be in next week. If everything comes in on time, ill have it laid in about 3 weeks time...

Any progress? Don't hold out on us now...

yeah, apparently ball joints are his weakness.... they been givin him hell! LoL

alittle, ive got the control arms all cleaned up and painted black, and new ball joints in. And yea those stock rivets suck ass, i ended up using a drill press at work cuz i got tired of jackin with it. Soo the front is pretty much done.

The back is on hold, the guy that was going to weldin in my notch and brackets has been putting me on hold... I can do it myself, but he welds prettier than i do lol.

If i dont here nothing from him in a couple of weeks I may just suck it up, i just really hate grinding lol

OH and i got the buckets for the tail lights finally, so they will be in soon. ill get some pics up when i get a chance
