the plate is wat u would put a license plate on. an this isn t what goes under a rollpan. more for bewteen bed an cab or in the tailgate

yea i got everything . its mostly alll power . its like an actuator so yea you got say it is. you can set how high you want the plate to come up or amp or monitor
