| got me a new truck this afternoon/night will get pics in the daylight, its a 86 chevy c10 deluxe short wheel base with 4.3 crate motor and trans runs and drives perfect its pretty much stock just the way i want, now i can build somethang from the start, wanna lay it flat frame on 22's or 24's and nice paint and system lots of plans will post pics tomorrow. | |

| thanks, ive never bagged a older c10 before so what all needs to be done to get it laying frame or body i heard you can Z the frame at the front of the cab and lay body without bodydropping it i wanna go low as i can ive got a shop ill be doing the work at got a good welder and the tools just need a parts list i need for cups/brackets needed for a 86 c10 | |

| yea there nice ive always wanted one and found a really nice one in almost mint shape only 23k on the motor so i jumped right on it when i looked at it, it runs and drives perfect cant wait to paint it and get it laying flat on 22's prolly gonna go gloss black and keep all the chrome molding's and not shave anythang just billet grill and chrome blazer bumper already got chrome front bumper looks great and body is in great shape | |

Most people will tell you to buy a dropped front crossmember but Zing it still works and saves about 2 gs. Once Zd it will be about an inch from laying body. When Zing the frame the steering will need to be modified as well because the control will hit the steering shaft. It all pretty simple but still very important that it is done correctly. Just search those forums. There are toms of threads about Zing. | |

| sweet thanks yea i been browsing the c10 forums and looking everywere they dont look to bad at all i crawed under it and checked today looked like i need some 1/8" plates and some bags maybe mod contol arm some and it should lay and the rear mite just do a easy 3 link maybe bag on bar setup and it should lay then later ill Z the frame, id like to sfbd but not enough money or time ill get some pics this afternoon | |

| yea im liking it alot, it runs good as it looks cant wait till i bag it savin for bag parts and rims now and ive got the paint but im gonna hold off till its bagged and rims then ill paint last its a good start for a badass truck im holding onto this truck for awhile | |

| yea this is my first c10 and i really like it, ive been driving it the last few days runs drives like a champ no problems at all love it just needa get some parts now and get it layed out and get exhaust redone and do some turn downs under the cab and new bumper because the stock bulkey one sucks and looks like ass want a smooth chrome bumper that i guess are on 80's blazers or c10's ive seen'em on c10 and they look sweet | |
