In AR looking to join.

So my name's Kristin and I've been looking into joining once one of my trucks is finished. I live in Jonesboro, AR, and have an '84 c10 and a '67 c10 that I'm going to bag.
The '84 is the one I've been buying the most parts for, it's a single cab with a short bed. I plan to body it on 2s and 4s, raise the bed floor, shave the handles, suicide the driver door, and put on a front and rear roll pan. I'd also like to get a solid window kit for it. Not sure about paint or interior yet. I've thought about a teal, purple, orange, and silver color scheme though. It currently has a 305 in it and I've thought about just rebuilding it and cleaning it up some rather than putting anything bigger in it.
My '67 is a single cab with a long bed. I want to body it on factory wheels with a fat white wall and lay down wood in the bed floor and raise it. I want to go with the rat rod look and paint the name of my grandpa's feed store on both doors. He gave me the truck when he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and it's been sitting in the woods for 20+ years basically rat rodding itself. I'd like to put a decent sized motor in it, but not sure what. Definitely want a carbureted one though, not a fan of fuel injection.

So you would be the chic Mike was telling me about last night! Welcome to the board! I was just in Jonesboro yesterday picking up materials from atlas asphalt lol. I think your closer to the Memphis crew ( if there's still a Memphis crew) but I am working on getting a chapter started in the state this next year! I also will not have my shop after this year in order to pursue personal projects, and to be home with baby boy who will be here in February. However, I will help you out with whatever I can to help you with your projects!
