Rant!

Upper Management to took my damn Asst team leader job from me today!...Gave me the damn speech that I was to valuable to the company and that they need my skills to run the complicated high priority jobs rather than help run the group.
Just boils down to, I dont kiss ass and suck dick, I do my job and get it done and dont play the popularity contest.
Gave my job to a guy with 2 years experience who doesn't know a 1/4 of what I know..and guess what, he is the biggest kiss ass in the group and hangs out with the team leader..wonder why they chose him to replace me? sure as hell wasn't because he is a skilled machinist, probably has a lot more to do with his technique!

thats how the world works i guess i bought something on ebay and the seller sent to the wrong address and now he will not send my money back guess i gotto file a clame on ebay and paypal what a pain in the ass

It really doesnt piss me off to lose the position since I didnt have to take a paycut, but to feed me a line of bull and then put someone in my place that isn't even qualified...doesnt effect me in my work, but there are a lot of people in my group who are struggling and now heres this guy who dont know shit and he is supposed to help them...As soon as the economy gets back on track I will be finding a new shop to work at...

They'll see their error in due time, then come back to you. If others are already struggling, just wait until next week.

you see the thing that gets me is they have a 70% turnover there, and all they do is fuck over the people who actually do stick with them...makes no sense...

Sucks man, I resently moved postions in my department into a new CVE Unit. Boils down to now me and my partner don't answer calls. Try being the two most hated guys in a department, lol.

So its one of those shops, we've all done our share in those places.

yea, as soon as I can get out of there I am gone...9 years exp. as a CNC operator, I should be able to get a job making twice as much in another shop once the economy straightens out...

outlive the motherfuckers...thats been my motto for 24 years on my job...those bright superstar kiss asses are all gone. Im still chuggin along makin that paper.....Keep your head up bro, be proud that you can go thru life work hard and support your family without some asshole's jizz runnin down your chin....
