| Go with plantation mahogany. I think that's what it was called. Kinda pricey though. | |

| i used horkey's and was happy with what they did and i had a local guy make the wood planks. cant remember what type of wood it was though. i could find out if you're interested. it came out nice imo | |

| When I did mine I used Southern Yellow Pine... a truck restoration parts supplier where I got the stainless told me thats what was used from the factory... looked pretty good all finished... | |
