Are you using grinding wheels or flap disks? The rear is coming along nicely! Keep up the good work!

both, dont mind how much the rear axle tubes are grinded, its been bagged a few times not by me and they did more grinding than i care for.

i use a grinding disk as needed but most of the time just a old wore out flap disk.
a little time in prep work, will make a 10x diff in the end.



on the frame rails i hit with the flap disk real quick, (i "v" the joint real good, and lay the weld down almost flat) then hit it with a high speed flap air sander. so you cant see the joint at all.

i made the diff cover to mount the watts link.

flap disc's are the only thing i buy ....love em!!!...lookin good man
