| Yeah as far as I know he's wanting to keep the back seat. It may not be a stock seat but I'm sure we'll have some sort of seat. He's gonn be getting new wheels in the back( 20x12 or 22x12) so the tubs are gonna be pretty big | |

| Dru, you need to make a thread in the build up section for this thing so we can all follow along. | |

Yeah what he said and you may be able to squeeze in a tracker back seat or jeep something along those lines. | |

| Not really I went to push it out of the garage this weekend and noticed the rim was hitting the upper control when turned so I had to put my dropped spindles on and now my upper bag mounts are to short, so Im holding off on doing the front shocks. But Im going to bring my bead roller home and make a stand for it so I can start on the floor.

| Need some opinions Im going to cut out for the driveshaft where marked in the photo and Im thinking about making my driveshaft hoop out of 1/4" flate plate to keep the tunnel as small as possible and since its already braced with the dom tubing I think it will be stronge enough just looking to see what everyone else thoughts were before I did it cause Im not an engineer. | |

| how tall will the hoop be? I think if it would work I would put a tube across back by the notch to add a little more strength. I am no engineer either but thats what makes sense to me as long as the hoop isn't going to be huge | |

| ya i would add a bridge in there as well, 2"x1/4" stock could work, but i think if i had the room i would just go with some tubing just to be on the safe side | |

| Im trying to stay away from running any tubbing above the driveshaft cause space is hard to come by in theses damn blazers. I think I have it figured out, going to run 1 hoop out of flat bar at the back of the trans, 1 hoop off the crossmember in the pic and a cross brace out of 2" x 2" x 1/4" right above yoke on the rear and run flat bar from the hoops to the brace all the flat bar will be 1/4" also. | |

| Well Ive been spending a little time out in the garage lately and got a little bit of work done. Welded in some shear plates cut out of 1/4". Dont mind the hammer marks inside the wheel tub she needed a little massaging to get it as close as possible to the outer body skin. Got myself a new toy JD2 model 38 bender this thing works great!! Put some bracing in out of 1.25" x .25" wall round dom tubing. Also got the tubs welded in Front shocks reinstalled after moving them cause the new control arms were hitting the upper shock mount. Istalled my exhaust manifolds and they just barely clear the steering shaft. So now that all the fab work on the frame is done I started working on the floor. Threw the rear seat in to get an idea of what I need to do with floor in that area. Thankfully it doesnt look like its going to be to bad. | |
